Registration for member camps will open in 2026!
COCAcon 2026
- What is COCAcon?
- November 12-14, 2026
- Recommended travel home: Sunday, Nov. 15
- Registration Opens 8:30 am CT on November 12
- Sessions start Thursday, with a 1 pm New Attendee Meet & Greet, 1:30 pm Network with peer groups, 2:45-5 pm Breakout Sessions
- COCAcon ends at 9:00 pm CT on November 14 after our Saturday Night Awards Banquet
- COCA Members Registration Fee is $450.00 USD/pp. Single Day Registrants is $250.00 USD/pp (Choose Friday or Saturday attendance). Non COCA Member Registration is $500.00 USD/pp.

COCAcon registration and payment is due by October 15, 2026 due to a required reporting of food and beverage numbers and payment in advance to the hotel.

Bead Game Pre-Sale
Use this form to pre-purchase beads for the COCAcon 2026 bead game, which will be held at the Saturday night banquet. Please note, a maximum of 10 strands of beads is permitted per person. Beads will be issued at COCAcon.
Bead Prices: 1 strand for $5, 5 strands for $10, 10 strands for $20
Tentative Schedule
This schedule will be updated weekly until COCAcon. Session Tracks Include: Programming, Operations/Leadership, Fundraising, Child Development, Staff Development, Medical Contact Hours. This schedule is subject to change.
