Cancellation Policy:
Before you cancel, if a registrant is unable to attend the conference and would like to change the name on the registration, COCA is happy to do so. Please submit the request to the COCA office by email as soon as the request for change is known. Cancellations submitted in writing to the COCA office no later than October 1, will receive a full refund of the registration amount, minus a $25.00 processing fee. Due to committed and incurred expenses, COCA cannot refund registration fees for cancellations received after this date. Refund requests should be submitted in writing (261 Magnolia Crest, Dadeville AL 36853) or email. For email requests, a receipt of confirmation by COCA office must be obtained. All refunds will be processed after the COCA Annual Conference.
