All of this will be done in ‘real-time’. Through a dynamic tabletop exercise, participants will explore real-world challenges—from financial instability to shifting societal expectations—and work collaboratively to generate practical, timely solutions. Come ready to share insights, fears, and bold ideas as we navigate the complex landscape ahead. While all are welcome, this session is designed for those in governance roles or the staff who support them, who are duty-bound to lead during periods of uncertainty and change.
